This memory neck pillow is so comfortable. Its for side, back, or stomach sleepers. It also comes with a removable case to clean it. It also has two different heights, just by moving it around, one side is higher than the other. Quality of material used in manufacturing this pillow is excellent, its very heavy duty. Its not heavy in weight but it looks and feels well made. Its about medium feeling when you lay your head on it. Not a hard or a soft pillow. I'm rating this memory pillow a 5 for its quality of workmanship, the way its made for different heights and it has and it has a removable case to clean. I’m really impressed with the CushyOasis Memory Foam Pillows! They are incredibly comfortable and provide excellent support for my head and neck. The memory foam adjusts perfectly to my sleeping position, whether I’m on my back, side, or stomach, which has really helped reduce neck and shoulder stiffness. I haven't used this as a pillow, however I have been using it behind my back in my chair post spinal fusion. Its nice and forms to your body and gives extra cushion. Read more

caution! The pillow itself was good. Firm as expected and comfortable. Would have rated 4 stars except for being charged for the return. Unfortunately, another pillow ordered at the same time was better so I returned this one. The website stated free returns but I was charged for the return!!! Read more

The cooling effect is legit. I used to flip the pillows every night a few times over; I don't anymore. The pillow is large and even though it feels firm it ends up being much softer as your head gets into. Great for side sleepers as it is thick and supportive. Would buy again. Read more
