Get back your sleep
Not too thick, not too thin. If you have broad shoulders and are a side sleeper, it might not work the best. If you are a back sleeper, it's great! It's cost-effective for less than $40 and comes with a washable cover. I like how it has a cool and a warm side for whatever ails you. Perfect pillow for my short neck! My head is now properly aligned with my body!
I am 5’2” and have tried to find a flat pillow that was not too high! I tried the pillows that you remove the stuffing but it was not flat- just lumpy on top and not easy to lay flat all the way across!
