Received a case that didn’t fit my phone. Requested a return and the CSR was rude, sarcastic and insulting, insinuating that I was making the issue up. It’s a lovely case and I was looking forward to using it; it just didn’t fit correctly. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you want to get scammed and treated rudely. Read more
