These have to be the best set of kitchen knives I have ever owned. This is my 2nd set. The first set I lost in a divorce. These knives are made with great quality and are VERY SHARP! This is an understatment. I was washing one of the the chef knives and it slipped and I lost grip with my other hand and the knife came down on my knuckle. I'll spare the rest of the details. When I was younger I was recruited to sell these knives, lol. I'm not a good sales person, so I couldn't do it, I'm just too shy. But that doesn't mean that I didn't think they were a good product.
