These have to be the best set of kitchen knives I have ever owned. This is my 2nd set. The first set I lost in a divorce. These knives are made with great quality and are VERY SHARP! This is an understatment. I was washing one of the the chef knives and it slipped and I lost grip with my other hand and the knife came down on my knuckle. I'll spare the rest of the details. Please be very careful with them. When I say they are sharp they are. The cut everything like smooth butter. Regardless of the self inflicted injury these are by far the best kitchen knives. When I was younger I was recruited to sell these knives, lol. I'm not a good sales person, so I couldn't do it, I'm just too shy. But that doesn't mean that I didn't think they were a good product. I thought that they were amazing and I always wanted a set of my own. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford a nice, quality set until a little later in life, but now that I have them, I wish I had just forked out the money back in day. They have a lifetime guarantee and you can send them in for sharpening whenever. How cool is that? I remember when I was selling them I showed how you could cut through leather with these knives and I swear I remember you could cut through a penny, too. They're VERY sharp, so watch your fingers and keep them away from your kiddos. Read more
