Best leggings ever!

SRβ€”December 15, 2025

These leggings absolutely saved the day for me. After yet another injury to my knees I was looking for some kind of brace but instead found these. They could not have been better. They held at the right places, enabled me to walk more comfortably, and got me through a very painful incident. They have a lot of compression (but that is what you want!) I think they look good and have held up for years! I highly recommend them to anyone with knee injuries! My only wish would be that they had some sort of pocket for my phone Read more

Very nice tight compression throughout the leg

FlyGirlNYCβ€”December 19, 2016

These are the only leggings I work out in. For the gym, for a run, or to play tennis, anything I do with mild to high impact on my legs and knees, I am wearing these. Gives me much needed knee support, shock absorption and stability while active. Very nice tight compression throughout the leg, supporting my joints. High waisted giving good core support. Little mesh pocket at the waist for my chapstick. Strong material smooths out hips and most of the lumps and bumps for a smooth, curvy silhouette. Theyre costly but a worthy investment to protect from the wear and tear of vigorous activity. I have several because I work out often and work up a sweat but cant do laundry everday so its good to have several to keep in rotation while the sweaty ones are waiting to be washed. They can get expensive but often the prices fluctuate on amazon so you can get good deals. Important to pay attention to the laundering tag. DO NOT use fabric softner on these and do not put them in the dryer. My first couple pair were getting little wholes in them that would eventually grow and turn into big rips. I was getting so upset that something so expensive was deteriorating so quickly, then I realized my laundry lady was washing them with fabric softners and machine drying them. Now I run them through the washer myself with lots of soap on either cold or warm water cycles and then just hang to let them air dry, and these last much longer. No wholes, fabric stays strong and in tact. Some of the tights that I have worn for years start to wear out in the inner thigh area close to the groin because of my shape and also when im stretching that area takes the most strain, but I just get them patched back up with additional black lycra fabric and theyre good as new. Many people complain about the sizing but these are compression leggings so they are strong and tight the way they are supposed to be, to hold everything up and together. If you are looking for something loose or super stretchy like yoga pants, these are not for you. These are for strong and serious support, for long term impact and protection, like for people running miles, etc. At first they were hard to put on but after a few washes and wear they get a bit more stretchy and I am so used to putting these on everyday I dont notice the resistance anymore and they feel so great once theyre on. I love how they make me look smaller and smooth out the curves and feel so well supported. The cw-x "stabilyx" are a very worthy investment for anyone truly needing good support in their activewear. These are only bested by their cw-x "endurance generator" tights which are the highest level of supportive tights this brand offers (and my favorite of the 2) Read more

Amazing support for POTS

Sarah Hustedβ€”November 3, 2025

All my POTS people listen up: YOU NEED THESE. They work so dang well, if I’m starting to feel a little funky I just pop these on and squish my blood up from my legs and feel good again. 10/10 would recommend. Read more

Fit, feeling, and comparison to the Men's tights

LeShay Bernsteinβ€”June 13, 2017

I ordered the Men's large first, because in my experience men's products as an athlete fit me better. The men's large is TOO BIG! Men's medium or Women's large fit just right! I'm a little taller than 5'8", weigh about 180lbs so I'm built, decently...not a body builder or really into fitness- I have "fluff" or what some may refer to as a "spare tire" around my waste. I do workout regularly and the purpose of these pants was to wear under my refereeing uniform. The sizes are very, very accurate and fit well. The waste band sits comfortably, and can be tied tighter if need be. It does not hurt or squish my rolls in a way that makes me feel subconscious. The dynamic of the pants is it does have a component on the hip, stronger than regular compression pants, that maintain pressure and help reduce strain as I run. I can feel a different once I'm done because my hip flexors are always tight and I'm constantly stretching them to help with hamstrings and other things with my legs that follow. To continue down the leg the band's run along the outer and inner thighs, helping relieve stress with the IT band. The cross action occurs twice around the knees, giving them support with every step helping brace for impact. This is the only place where I have a problem is keeping the middle section centered around my patella (falls down). Weirdly enough is it's just that and no other portion or function of the tights; just the part that crosses below the knees.the band's then continue thru the length of the tights helping with shin splints. The holes at the ankles seem tight when trying to put your foot thru it (size 10.5 women's) but find that the hole fits nicely around the ankle. The pictures attached show the difference in knee width so you can see the varying support of the band of men's compared to women's. The women's tight is just a little more narrow (one of the left, man's is the one on the right-wing for both pictures). It's about 0.5" less in diameter. I'm not sure why this is, but I can say from using both and coming from someone who frequently buys men's apparel to work out in that the lay out of the woman's pant helped support more than the man's.
