My calf measured 15” and it did fit snug but not uncomfortable. They did wrinkle near my ankles more than I would have liked but they still looked cute. They were plenty wide enough for my toes but my only issue was that the ball of my feet really hurt after wearing for a couple hours. I’m thinking of buying some kind of insert to help with this.
