My husband is the home cook but he also competes in the BBQ world. I bought him several of knives in this line. He loves them! They are high quality and cut really well. Absolute high quality knives. Extremely well made. I really like all the different series that are offered as well as other kitchen tools and items. They have some very unique items and one of a kind. I got some of the gladiator series for my oldest son and the show gun series for my youngest son for Christmas. I even got a couple for myself. These knives will last a lifetime and beyond if they are taken care of. I'm a very happy and will be a life long customer. Many more items I will be ordering in the future. Read more

Great knife , I’m saying 5 stars for service and a solid 4 stars across the board for every thing else, my first knife came quickly and on time however the knife edge wasn’t very sharp I contacted them they apologized for the error and after a small discussion they sent me a replacement and I had it in my hand three days later ! My only complaint about quality is the sheath is faux leather not real leather but appears to be well made and should hold up fine. Second knife had a nice sharp edge.. Read more
