Very comfortable and supportive boot. I am a teacher, and I am on my feet all day on concrete floors. In 2020 I bought the previous version of this boot and wore it 3-4 days per week during the fall and winter for four years. After four years the boots were worn out, but I felt I had gotten my money's worth. While $200 is a lot of money to me, I was willing to pay $200 for an extremely comfortable pair of shoes to wear nearly daily. I bought my current pair in October and once again have worn them 3-4 days per week for the last 4.5 months. Today (February) the fake wood cover on the heel started peeling. All of this damage happened today, while inside the school building. I am extremely disappointed for the amount of money. While my old pair had a MINOR issue like this, it was after 4 years of wear and tear. For this price, Dansko needs to find a better way to adhere this covering. I am going to try to super glue it myself, but I shouldn't have to for a 4.5 month old pair of boots. Other than this issue, love the boots. This is disappointing though. Read more
