I have a deeper back and usually need extra support, especially during long car rides. This lumbar pillow has been a great find, it’s the perfect shape for my lower back, and the color and material blend nicely with my vehicle’s interior. The support has been excellent, and I no longer need to stack two different pillows to stay comfortable. I’ve also started using it on my office chair, and it’s made a noticeable difference there as well. The faux leather material is easy to wipe clean, and the cover is removable if I ever need a deeper clean. Seems well made, stitching is great and material is thick. Overall, it’s a well‑designed, supportive pillow that works beautifully in both the car and the office. Read more

This is the Dapucarin lumbar support pillow for a car seat in the Palomino Brown color, size Lumbar 1P. I gave it to my son since he has a 125 mile commute three days a week, and he has been using it in his older car on those longer drives. He said it made the seat noticeably more comfortable over the full trip and kept his lower back supported instead of feeling worn out by the end. It has enough structure to hold its shape on long rides, but it still feels cushioned rather than stiff. He does not use the strap because he does not want anything attached to the seat permanently, and the pillow still stays usable just placed normally. For his commute, it delivered exactly what I bought it for, which was making long drives easier on his back. Read more

Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product Wow, the leather covering this lumbar support is soft and supple along with being really comfortable. While the leather contributes to the comfort, the star is the memory foam. It gives needed support yet is very giving; it molds to your body. Plus, you don't need to keep it in place as the pillow can be taken with you. It is very travel able. There is a zipper in the back which I'm not sure why it is needed. If the memory foam gives out, how would you replace it. And I wouldn't think it would be a good idea to throw the cover in a washing machine. I would think a damp rag or leather cleaner could be used should the cover get dirty. Unfortunately for me, this doesn't fit my car seat properly. Looking at the picture, it looks perfect however, when I sit, it pushes me too far forward requiring me to push the seat back further. But then I'm very uncomfortable. If I shimmy the pillow up a bit, it is more comfortable but then it really isn't supporting my lumbar area. I think that is due to a combination of things; the shape of the car seat has a sort of lumbar support already plus I'm on the short side at 5'8". I think for most people without the upgraded car seats that offer adjustable lumbar support, this will be a good option. That's why I give this 5 stars. I can't fault the pillow for why it doesn't work well for me. Read more

I’ve been using this lumbar support pillow in both my car seat and office chair for a couple of weeks. What I like: • The memory foam holds its shape and feels firmer than cheap pillows that flatten quickly. • The contoured shape fits the natural curve of your lower back, so it does help reduce the fatigue you get from slouching on long drives or at a desk. • The built-in strap makes it easy to secure it to a car seat without it sliding down. • The faux-leather cover looks tidy and wipes clean with a damp cloth. What could be better: • It’s not a targeted sciatic pain solution. If your pain comes from nerve compression, this pillow doesn’t fix that — it just helps posture. • In a softer chair it can push your lower back forward a bit too much, which wasn’t comfortable for long stretches for me. • The faux leather gets a bit warm after long sitting, especially in a warm car. Best use: Good for improving posture and lower back comfort when sitting upright — in a car seat or firm office chair. Not great if your main goal is direct nerve pain relief like classic sciatica symptoms. Overall: A useful ergonomic boost for everyday sitting, but set expectations — it’s support, not medical relief. Read more

I wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for me. What I liked: The quality is great. It's made of a supple leather-like material that wipes off easily, looks amazing with my car's interior, and the memory foam is very supportive and bounces back nicely. It is light weight and easy to move it around. The seams are straight, and it is well sewn and put together. What I did not like: It sits too low to provide lumbar support. I got this because I was driving to Indiana and back for my sister's wedding...12 hours each way. I couldn't get comfortable with this support pillow. When it was positioned as intended, it was too low to provide support. When I moved it up, it pushed me forward in my seat so my shoulders weren't supported, and I was too close to the steering wheel. So, it didn't really provide any support or pain relief to me. Cannot recommend. Not good value for money for me. Read more
