Best socks ever for sneakers and other biggish shoes!! Comfy, cute, including for folks with wider feet (for whom other styles of Darn Tough socks nay be too narrow, as in my case (i wear a size 8 wide in sneakers) Update: I found sock was a bit long but shrinks well, just a little in length, with hot water wash and ronse, and hot machine dry!! Hello. These socks are one of my favourites ! They are longlasting. The design is compatible with my outfits. These "Grandma Gatewood" socks are a testament to Miss Gatewood's achievements; When I wear them I am reminded of her tenacity & I persevere because of her grit. These socks are thick & cushiony. These socks have a great sole cushion, and are very comfortable. Even in the hot Arizona desert weather! The company's policy of lifetime guarantee is for real, as these are replacing a previous thinner pair I bought that wore out partially, not even a full hole. I was given a credit to use however I wanted on their site and bought this nice pair of medium weight. Read more
I love everything about this company. Socks fit beautifully. Their designs and colors are lovely. They are fabulously well made. I’m a hiker but I wear them with street boots and sneakers too in varied weights. I used to get Smart Wool but the dDarn Tough materials actually treat my feet better and wear longer. One time I had to return a pair for replacement (they have a lifetime warranty no questions asked policy) and they came through. I have about a dozen pairs of different types. Read more
I like everything about these. I wear barefoot shoes, and it's cold out right now. These provide just enough extra cushion and keep my feet warm without being bulky inside my shoes. Super comfortable. Definitely adding more Darn Tough socks to my collection. Read more
