Works as expected - check your fuse type first
I used this hardwire kit with my DDPAI dash cam in a 2024 BMW 330e. It powered the camera properly and enabled parking mode without any issues. Once installed, it has been stable and reliable. The wiring quality feels solid and the Type-C connection fits securely. Voltage cutoff worked as expected. One thing to note: I had to purchase separate fuse taps for my vehicle. The kit does not include fuse taps specific to every car type, so make sure you check your fuse box style before installing. In my case, I needed to buy the correct fuse tap adapters separately. Installation itself is straightforward if you are comfortable working with a fuse box. If not, a professional install may be worth it.
