Don’t waste your money My camera never turned on with this product, but it does with a different connector. I compared the usb with this item and this is to short. I bought this for a Viofo A119 Mini 2 to be wired into a 2010 Honda Accord. This kit did the trick perfectly - the wires were long enough and it included fuse taps for all the various sizes of fuses that have existed in the past 30 years (maybe more). Buyer beware: This is simply a 12/24V DC to USB C converter with a shutoff at 11.6V. This will NOT power a dash cam in parking mode since the cable does not have an switched ignition wire. The camera will remain in driving mode even when ignition has been turned off and will completely power off when the shutoff switch detects battery voltage between 11.6V. This means that your battery will be continuously low and you won't get the parking recording function. Updated 9/3/25: customer service was great, when I sent the kit back I got a prompt refund. Added one star for that. Otherwise it is well designed, you get nano, micro and mini fuses to tie this into 12V. You still need to find a screw and a blank chassis spot to hook up ground. Read more

Pretty easy to install if you know what you’re doing. Just make sure you read the instructions and choose the right fuse in your vehicle. Some fuses are always hot, which will drain your battery on the 3-lead version. So pay attention and screen using a multimeter or 12 volt probe. Comes with fuse puller and trim removal tool. Read more
