The media could not be loaded. This dehumidifier is great! We purchased this for a small bathroom in our camper. We've had issues with the bathroom staying damp. We've been seeing condensation collect around the door frame and skylight, and this is an obvious issue for a camper. I recieved this dehumidifier Saturday, January 31st, 2026. I got it set up in the bathroom that day. I am pleased to say that after 10 days, it was ready to be emptied. It filled up to it's stopping point and the dehumidifier shut off, which I was thrilled this feature really worked. I emptied the reservoir, put the top back on, and turned it back on. Now it is back to pulling moisture out the air again! We haven't had any issues with moisture in the bathroom since. I loved this humidifier until it stopped working after 2 months. The user manual doesn't have any trouble shooting advice. I went on-line to chat with an expert about the problem and after explaining everything they want to send you to an-online expert and they want your credit card information and explain that you will only be charged a dollar. The dehumidifier works pretty well. It has a multifunction light while it helps illuminate the catch basin with several color options does not turn off per the instructions. So to use it during the night might provide to much light for some people. At least mine won't turn off. To empty the catch basin you have to be careful to unscrew the basin and not spill any water. This is my first dehumidifier and I love it. To be so small it really does work. If you use it in a room based on the size requirements ( or smaller) you will not be disappointed. I bought my first one for my bathroom and once I saw that it actually worked I bought another one for my spare room. It one week the bathroom unit is about half full; which I believe is reasonable collection rate. My bathroom walls (plaster BTW) are no longer damp with humidity after a shower.
