Great pans bought 3 more in different sizes. Read more
Doing four stars as I only received recently and can't speak to longevity. The size is perfect and the non-stick is great for perfect scrambled eggs. It heats evenly on my induction stove and the long handle is appreciated. The only confusion is that the amazon page mentioned a lid which was not included (perhaps a larger size?). Fortunately, I have a pot with a lid that fits perfectly. I would recommend this pan. Read more

DELARLO brand 5.5inch Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Omelette Pan. Its non-stick, stove top and oven use 600℉. It's non-stick. Works with Induction, gas, electric coil stove tops. included tempered glass lid. Some assembly required b/c the handle attaches separately. Really is non-stick. I hand wash and use wooden utensils vs metal to keep it scratch free. Good value Read more
With just Hubby and I, my cooking volumes are diminished from a few years ago, when dinners could easily accommodate 6-8 people. I have scaled down many of the pans I use, so when I saw this little 5.5 hex clad pan, tri-ply stainless steel, at a great price, I ordered. This little pan is extremely well made of high quality materials. Wow! And it comes with a tight-fitting glass lid, perfect for my sunny-side up eggs! The handle is long enough and thick enough to handle easily and comfortably. The pan heats quickly, well, and evenly. It will hold two large eggs, a little crowded. The pan works very well, and is nonstick--but for sticky things like eggs, it does require heat and a dab of oil first! It cleans extremely easily--most everything wipes out with a paper towel! I do love that it is so much more durable and scratch-resistant because of the metal netting over the nonstick. Hubby can be very hard on nonstick pans, but this one will outwit him, I think! I have cooked eggs, warmed any number of things (Hubby prefers on-stove reheating for most meats to retain the brown), and have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. We are delighted to have this pan, use it more than we thought we would, and recommend it without hesitation. It would be a great gift for anyone who spends any time in the kitchen! Read more
Overall I've been really impressed with this pan. It seems to be non-stick as advertised. It works with an induction stove. And it hand washes easily. Though I have not tried to wash it in the dishwasher yet. Though one thing that was a bit disappointing is the pan requires a small amount of assembly. The handle is not attached to the pot when it arrives. Instead, the pan comes with assembly instructions and tools to attach the handle, which is a bit strange in my opinion. Read more
