I’m aware it’s renewed so it’s not going to be completely brand new even though you can buy the exact same product brand new from Walmart for the exact same price but again I was aware when purchasing that it was not going to be perfect cosmetically however, I did expect the functionality of it to be 100% I received the package plugged in the charger and after removing the bubble wrap, I plugged the Chromebook in and let it charge for about three hours. When I turned it on, it was fully charged and I put in all my information to start off then attempted to use the touchscreen portion considering that’s half of why I bought it. It did not work, and there are no settings to enable or disable it. There are troubleshooting options that also did not work as if that was not already bad enough. I then realize that the right shift key is completely stuck in place. I tried to contact support immediately in order to return this item and get a refund and instead of getting help. They are going to contact me in 3 to 5 business days. Just to give you guys a heads up there is clearly zero quality check before sending it out to their customers so just be aware about any Amazon laptops that are renewed. Read more
