Works well for basic needs
This was a good product and well priced. It was fast enough for the apps my children are using. The Battery seems to last a long time. The screen is the right size and is functioning well. Read more
Very poor grade - not “excellent” by any means.
Laptop was nothing at all “like new” according to description. Had a poorly applied sticker type material over entire laptop apparently to cover up scratches, but has bubbles and ripples, and was poorly cut out around ports and logos. Serial number is also scratched off for some unknown reason. Battery was completely shot to the point that when plugged in laptop gives a flashing orange charging error and os didn’t even recognize that a battery was installed at all. Clearly hadn’t even been remotely tested before being sold. I ended up having to spend $30 on a new battery and install it just to get it to charge at all. Looking back I should have just returned it for another one. I don’t know why I kept it, however, now that battery is replaced it works fine. Read more
