Let me help you, make it run better.
Make sure to download the dell support assist prom from dell to upgrade drivers. The Realtek wifi network is known to give issues and gave me a problem on the 5g wireless. I suggest going to device manager and disabling the 5g wireless mode or it will keep losing connection. Also disable Roaming aggressiveness in advance properties. It does fine on the 2.4g wireless mode alone. Make sure to get a laptop cooling fan that has adjustable heights. The speakers are on the bottom and this will fix the sound issue. Once you make theses changes, it is a great laptop. It is fast and has a nice screen. Read more
Great value for the money no glitches.
I love this laptop, once I got past Microsoft trying to run it for me! Talk about invasive programming. The touch screen is great. The clarity of the picture itself is beautiful, photos look gorgeous. I bought a careless mouse to use also. It’s a lovely size no technical issues so far and the battery charge lasts! I got this on sale at a great price. Recommend. Read more
So glad I upgraded my older Dell Inspiron
This laptop delivers big time. My former Inspiron was 6 years old, and it still works, but is slow, runs out of RAM with modern browsers, and the 100 GB SSD was full. I increased the disk space to 1 TB and the RAM from 8 GB to 32 GB. I used ZInstall to move everything over, and it worked for nearly all of the apps, data, and settings. The new laptop is super fast, and the display is great. I will have to purchase a USB extender since this laptop only has one standard USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 port. Read more
Reliable with newer features.
Since I already use a Dell product and I just needed a new computer since mine could not be updated any longer because of age, I was familiar with many of the features. Whenever I’ve had an issue in the past with Dell, I’ve been able to easily find an answer to resolve the problem. The newest computer battery hold to charge much longer. Read more

Do not buy this product.
Computer goes into deep sleep quite often. The 1st time it did this, I had to take it to the geek squad because it would not power on. Then when it come up, it asks for a Bit locker key, which I didn't set up Bitlocker. Press one letter key, another one comes up. Too many more issues to list. Read more
