This is an awesome machine. Ordered it for my daughter to continue her shcooling during the COVID-19 stay at home order. The shipping was super fast, 2 day to arrive. The stylus is an awesome feature and you can use it like the mouse with more efficiency. She uses the stylus to complete assignments (writing in answers...etc). It can be folded flat and laid on a flat surface without any concern of accidently activating the keyboard. The battery life is wonderful...three days of 3hours and doesn't need a charge yet. Easy setup, no bloatware and very fast. The screen is brilliant and easy to view. Save yourself and buy the renewed unit...it gives you a 90 days warranty which if you use it even 45 of the first 90 days you will quickly determine if its reliable. The machine we received looks identical to a new unit...there are no blemishes, scratches or signs of use. I am glad I chose to go this route vs brand new...saved me a few $$$. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Maybe even the best value on Amazon given its excellent performance, quality display w/ touchscreen, built-in stylus, strong build quality, and good battery life. Also, for the geeks that care, it actually has fast DDR4 RAM instead of the listed DDR2 type. 4gb memory is plenty for Chromebooks. You can also run Linux apps. I don't recommend running intense apps like Steam and Kodi because it uses a virtual machine to run Linux. It runs 4k 60fps video on YouTube with ease! I prefer the dark grey metal material compared to the usual aluminum silver material that is commonly found on laptops. The only criticism I have is its weight. But for the price, it's hard to find any complaints. I am seriously impressed by this laptop. The price naturally makes you have low expectations but when you see and use this machine, it feels like you paid around $1,000 for it....no kidding. Read more

Overall, decent value for the money, but longevity is an issue. Keyboard, buttons, touchpad, and ports are excellent. The touchscreen-pen combo could be improved. The angle at which the pen makes a mark on the screen is only aligned when oriented right side up. If you rotate the screen sideways or upside down then using the pen is almost impossible because the mark made on the screen is not aligned with the pen. BIGGEST ISSUE: the camera is going out after about 6 months of use. The camera will come on for a brief time before my image on the screen freezes and the light that indicated the camera is on goes out/flickers off. Without any damage to the laptop this issue is unacceptable. Read more
