Did not read fine print. Printer arrived looking good, but was faulty from beginning. Battery refused to charge. Was missing wifi receiver. When i removed casing, found hard drive was duct taped to keep it in place. I was traveling during holiday season of thanksgiving &Xmas of 2021. Item didn't arrive till after I left country. Upon arriving back in February, and examining laptop, found the defects. Contacted seller and explained circumstances. seller refused to refund funds saying that my claim was outside of guaranteed period despite of my travel circumstances and arrival of product.
