Did not read fine print. Printer arrived looking good, but was faulty from beginning. Battery refused to charge. Was missing wifi receiver. When i removed casing, found hard drive was duct taped to keep it in place. I was traveling during holiday season of thanksgiving &Xmas of 2021. Item didn't arrive till after I left country. Upon arriving back in February, and examining laptop, found the defects. Contacted seller and explained circumstances. seller refused to refund funds saying that my claim was outside of guaranteed period despite of my travel circumstances and arrival of product. The media could not be loaded. Me salió en malas condiciones. Nunca llegue a entrar al escritorio de windows, pienso que el disco duro estaba en mal estado o estaba desconectado. El vendedor nunca aceptó su error y descaradamente me dijo que ellos habían enviado en buen estado la laptop, eso me hizo sentir mal. Fue mala experiencia. Read more
