I wish I could give negative star to this product and seller. I bought Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 (Replaces Latitude 5550) AI Business Notebook 16" FHD+ Intel Ultra 7-265U, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD PCIe, Wi-Fi 6E, BT, Backlit Keyboard, HD Webcam, RJ-45, Win 11 Pro - Silver, from Amazon . It was supposed to have battery life of 8-10 hours but it only had 1.5-2 hours of battery life. it had a sharp edge at the lap side so it was impossible to keep it on lap. Very loud fan to give you headache. not sure if it was a because defective piece or inaccurate description on website. I returned it after getting disappointed in couple of days of use. I returned in the same box and packaging it came but seller only gave partial return and deducted $295/ as restocking fee. There was no mention on marketing page of restocking fee if customer returns. I am seeking help from Amazon A to Z policy team now. Do not recommend the laptop and specifically, the seller. Read more
