We bought one of these very expensive units in 2022 and we have had it break twice before and now it is broken again. They replace the broken unit aboyt a year ago with a new unit. That unit is what broke now. When contacting DeLonghi about this broken product they said they cannot warranty it and they can only warranty the original unit which broke twice before we got this new one. Do not spend your money on any of their products as they don't stand behind them. This expensive of a unit should not have broken this many times in less than 2 years. Read more

This is a well-made machine and it makes a great cup of coffee. However, I am disappointed that you cannot adjust the temperature of the brew. It is not very hot when you pour a cup immediately after brewing. It really only gets warm enough when left on the warmer for a bit. I have read and re-read the manual and there is no way to adjust the temperature. Read more
Great value for the money makes good coffee the first machine had too return.because the stopper was missing from the expresso water tank.the second one is perfect. Read more
