Used this for my business, helps keep customers from leaving the water running (a common annoying problem), it works great! My only complaint was the fact that the retaining bolts are put on so tightly that I'm unable to adjust the run time for both the hot and cold. For me, this device is a lifesaver! My younger brother lives with me because he had a brain injury as a child. He’s the type that leaves doors, drawers, etc... open and frequently forgets to turn the water off when brushing his teeth and such. I put this in his bathroom and it is exactly what I needed. There is a 15 second run time on each inlet, and it turns off after that... every single time. This faucet looks great in our lavatory. I had to change to metered faucets to keep our lavatories from filling up and overflowing onto the floor when somebody forgets they left the drain closed and the water running. Our lavatories do not have overflows, so the metered faucets keep an unattended sink from filling up and overflowing on the bathroom floor. We had a plumber install the faucets. After a couple of weeks, I decided to change the aerators because the faucets come with a low-flow spray aerator. and we like full flow non-spray. Read more
