I'm giving the review a 5 star for a couple reasons. We purchased two for a double vanity renovation. 1) The faucet is beautiful and well made. No flaws and the finish looks like it will hold up well and resist corrosion. Sadly, this beautiful faucet didn't work for us only due to height requirements. We needed more room for our large medicine cabinets and required a bit more clearance. 2) The return process was easy enough, however, after the credit was issued, they ended up charging us again for just one faucet. It appeared that after dropping off the returns at UPS, only one showed returned. I contacted Amazon via chat and they looked into it and determined the shipper did not update the tracker and was happy to issue a second refund. WAY TO GO AMAZON. Service like that is why I continue to order through you. Thank you. Read more
