I was able to easily install this faucet using the instructions provided, though I have negligible plumbing experience. This faucet replaced one from Moen, which started leaking. I think the Delta looks attractive and feels solid. I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy more of these faucets if other Moen units go bad in the house. Read more

I cannot give any more than 1 star at this time as the rest does not even matter at this point....... I purchased my Delta faucet through Amazon. When it arrived it was in it's original box, not inside a standard shipping box. It was not even taped and anybody could of opened it or it could of opened during shipping just from being man handled. My question is how do I know if all the parts are there before I start installing as there is also no list of included parts. I do not want to take the old faucet off just to find out all the parts are not there and I am sitting without a faucet. contacted Delta via Facebook message and no response. Read more

The faucet was defective

I purchased this Delta faucet in late June but due to Covid and family matters I did not install the faucet until early October. When I took the parts out of the box it was clear that the faucet was defective because a portion of the downspout was broken. It was my fault for not looking at the parts sooner because I cannot return the item at this late date but as everyone knows sometimes life gets in the way of small jobs. My advise is to make sure you inspect all parts as soon as they arrive. Read more
