This is a good quality and good looking faucet. The Champagne Bronze color is a lovely soft finish and the style is elegant. Used this in a formal guest bathroom. Looks fragile but is very sturdy. Installation was no problem...all parts were included. Shipping was fast and packaging was good. Delta is usually an excellent product as is this faucet. Have had installed for only a month but no problems so far and I love the faucet. Adds a very pretty touch to the bathroom. Read more

Beautiful but has a manufacturing defect

We bought a 'Used - Like New' model as this was much cheaper than the brand new option. We love the unit, colour as shown and works great, there however we noticed a slight dent and un-even base of the unit as we were installing it, which is likely why the unit was initially returned. It is not noticeable to most yet we certainly do as we installed and are clear where the base is dented/not level thus not resting flush with the vanity. Also, the metal unit that connects the bottom of the drain rod to the actual drain (under sink) was too short so we used the old one from our prior faucet. Had we not had that component from the faucet we were replacing this would have been very inconvenient. Had we not had the two issues above I would have given 5/5 stars. It's a beautiful addition to our bathroom. Read more

The design is nice, the product was as pictured, and I would rate the overall heaviness and quality of the fixture as not high-end but not cheap, which was exactly what I was looking for.
