Not sure what technology is going into plating this faucet but 2 years on it still looks and functions like brand new. As others have pointed out the stopper hardware is cheap plastic and ours has detached from the mechanism. I never use it so has had no effect on my rating. Rating is more relative to the seller than the product itself. I bought 3 of these and had to wait for help to install them, which was beyond the return window. Upon opening all 3 packages, one was obviously used / defective (the threads were cut wrong and it won’t install), returned, and RE-sold to me with pieces missing. Read more
