We purchased this in July and within months, the warm handle began loosening. It is now completely disconnected and the cold handle is beginning to loosen as well. Should not occur on a product with this price tag. This has to be a design flaw. Update: The issue is repairable by unscrewing the handle base. I'm hopeful, once tightened down, it won't occur again. Probable the best description for this faucet is... It's a Delta. Delta is the defacto brand among plumbers for good reason. They never cut corners on quality when it comes to how the product works. You will see them cut corners occasionally on the finish of the product on their lower-end models, but the quality underneath is always there. This happens to be one of their higher-end models, so there are no shortcuts with the finish, either. This is 100% premium plumbing all the way and it comes with a premium sticker price to match. This product definitely stands out compared to most of the cheap chrome finished models that are simply made of plastic or very thin metals. It's beautiful looks are equaled by its heavy duty construction, which should last a lifetime in most homes. Other huge perks that go with buying from Delta is the easy availability of spare parts and excellent customer service. With most of the cheap plumbing products made in China right now you will find it impossible to get replacement parts or any kind of usable customer support. Their warranties are also absolutely worthless as none of these companies in China give you a phone # or address to contact them at. Buy Chinese plumbing at your own peril. I have not seen any of it that is not absolute junk. Installation is a piece of cake with the included, detailed instructions. This faucet looks nice but has a serious flaw. I kept receiving ones that were damaged and realized it was the same defect in all of them. The handles have very cheap flimsy plastic in them so I guess people kept breaking and returning them so I gave up. Definitely not worth the price tag. Read more

This Delta MPU-DST faucet series is a top shelf item. It has a more refined and polished feel to it than their less expensive series. You can tell when you open the box and feel the weight of it. Everything about it is refined and smooth operating. The levers are very smooth and precise turning. You can control the water flow with just a little turn. The aerator is one of the best as it produces a gentle and smooth flow. No side spraying. Just a smooth cylindrical elegant flow. The Chrome version is highly polished and has an almost mirror-like finish. It resists spotting and is very easy to keep clean with a simple weekly wipe down with a soft cloth. The design of the faucets makes for easy cleaning as there are very few cracks and crevices to have to reach around. The body of the faucet and handles is smooth and cylindrical that makes for quick cleaning, especially with this widespread version. I like the gentle arc to the bend of the faucet. The kit includes everything you need to install. The matching drain has the same finish and look. The innoflex pex lines hook up to standard 3/8" valve stops.
