Elegant wall-mounted lavatory faucet
This is a lavatory faucet - it's meant to be used with a bathroom sink. All of the negative comments about the low flow rate are from people who installed this as a faucet for their bath tub. This is NOT a bath faucet. The flow rate is fine for use with a sink. Not many people want or need a wall-mounted lavatory faucet, but for those who have the option, it's a very elegant and unique approach to bathroom design. By mounting the faucet on the wall, there is more space on the lavatory and the plumbing is simplified, as the only plumbing needed inside the lavatory is for the drain. A wall-mounted faucet works especially well with a vessel sink, but it can be used with any sink. The one caution is to be sure to order the lavatory without drilling for mounting a faucet. I like the Delta Cassidy line because it's traditional, yet its clean lines go well with more modern furnishings too. Our bathroom is strictly retro, with white glass subway tile, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and faux-wood porcelain floor. The Cassidy champagne bronze fixtures go perfectly with the retro look, being elegant, understated and yet modern. The wall-mounted faucet has very clean lines, the valves have sure action and the water flow is excellent. In short, perfect for what we wanted. Read more
