This product was well packaged, protecting all elements. It took longer to remove the old faucet then to install this new faucet. Even though I am a retired contractor, I read and followed the instructions. The faucet looks great in my bathroom and was a breeze to install. In the package that contained the base washer for the faucet spout, there was a plastic tool with no markings or indication as to what it was for. After looking at the spout screen it became clear that the multi-use tool was for removing the screen. Removing the screen allows for the initial flow of water to purge the system without trapping any unwanted substance in the screen. It would have been nice to have indicated what the tool was for on the directions. Read more

The amount of threads for the undermount clamping could have been a few threads longer. For people who have thick plywood under sinks supporting a countertop, this may be an issue for you! I had to cut away material to make it fit. Something I didnt have to do on any of my other faucets that I have recently installed on similar counter tops with thick plywood supports. Read more

This faucet is perfect. We have a small clearance to the backsplash of less than 2 inches. Most faucets require 2.5 inches. This one required less than 2 inches so it fit our sink and still looks substantial and stylish. So happy we ordered this.
