Check profile size before ordering. Too high a profile for my counter/cabinet space. Other than that, I did check the unit out. Heavy, seem to be well made. Makes great coffee from both sides, stays hot, auto shutoff works and is fast compared to a lot of coffee makers I've had over the years. Would recommend and wished it fit better for my needs. We love this new coffee pot. It brews quickly and I really like the ability to schedule it to brew. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have an auto shut off for brewing. It brews as much water as is in the reservoir, adding a little too much can cause it to overflow the carafe. My last coffee system stopped at 12 cups, regardless. Also, having two reservoirs for both carafe and cup I could do without. But those things I can get used to. Read more

We were using 2 different coffee makers, so I love this coffee maker. It takes up less room and I love the fact that I can add my own coffee grounds to get a single cup and not have issues with the machine not liking the type of grounds used. I get a good cup of coffee. Also there is an option to use a k-cup. So far, I am loving this coffee maker. It's a littler slower when brewing a single cup than my Keurig, but it's still worth it. You would think that for the money there would be a storage tank for the kcup water. Also the instructions are not clear. If you can get past these items the coffee maker does work well, has auto shut off and is programmable. Read more

I'm giving 5 stars solely for the customer service. The coffee maker itself does exactly was it says, with the carafe and single serve. We are coffee lovers and this maker has been perfect for my family. The burner only stays on for 2 hours which is the only con I have about it. That being said, the carafe side of the maker stopped working not even 5 months after purchase. I messaged the company on the morning of 12/01/25 and had a response within 4 minutes with an apology and that a brand new one would be mailed out to me that day and that I would receive it by 12/03/25. On 12/03/25, I had a brand-new replacement delivered to my front door. This is by far the best customer service I have EVER had from an online purchase in my entire life. The customer service alone has made me a future customer without a doubt. Read more
