The wax works for both braces and covering broken teeth till you can get to the dentist. Unfortunately it tastes like wax and there is no fruit smell even though it is labeled as such. The small packages make it easy to Cary with you. A small piece can easily be warmed between your fingers to mold. Removal is simple and mostly comes out in one piece. So, my daughter (11) said only a few actually has mild flavors. But she said the wax is MUCH better then what she gets from the orthodontist.
