It works great and makes it feel like the sore isnt even there, but it doesn’t stay on well at all, especially for someone who salivates a lot it comes off after maximum of an hour or two, I wish it had more adhesive, as far as it saying to eat in moderation I don’t suggest it at all, they fell off almost immediately and I swallowed one because it came off so fast, I was chewing super carefully as well.
