Absolute game changer! Hand and foot nail care has always been a challenge for me and has only gotten worse as I age. This manicure set was expensive no doubt but so worth every penny. I ordered this desiring lasting quality after countless other clippers over the years (at all price points) all broke. I wish they offered a man version but it’s not overly girlie. Just quickly give away the glass thing if you’re a man. The presentation of this rather comprehensive set of grooming tools is very nice, but the lovely leather is not helped by the chunky zipper, with sharp edges to the teeth. The tools appear to be high quality, mostly stainless steel. I think it would have been improved by following through in using a glass nail file instead of the steel file, to go with the nice, glass nail buffer, and adding a glass cuticle stick. The addition of a nail catcher to all of the comprehensive set of three clippers is an excellent touch. The scissors, tweezers and other tools all appear to be high quality with no visible flaws, and the ones I've used have all work well. I didn't realize how poor my manicure set was until I tried this 13pc Nail Grooming Kit from DEOU. It’s always frustrating when I’m trimming my nails and the clippings go flying across the bathroom counter never to be found again. Well, that's not going to happen with this set because all 3 clipper sizes have side guards that retain the clippings inside until you slide it open to empty the contents. Each cutting edge is finely ground so it effortlessly clips and gives you a clean nail edge. But they also give you 2 different files to make those edges even smoother. Scissors and tweezers also have that extra sharp edge to cut (in the case of the scissors) or grab and pull (in the case of the tweezers). You also get an ample amount of tools to do anything you need for a perfect manicure. One of them I am not sure what it's for, so I do wish they included some instructional paperwork to get you familiar with all the pieces. The padded case is of very high quality and has the nicest operating zipper. Although they call it a copper zipper in the ad, I'm positive it's stainless steel, a better choice for the zipper in my opinion. This kit is everything I hoped it would be, although it comes at a very high price. But if you want the best quality, this is probably it. Read more

I'm a little torn about how many stars to give. On one side, this set, piece by piece, is definitely the highest quality, richest feeling set I have ever seen, let alone owned. On the other side, this is pretty expensive for something that I see as a utilitarian product. The first side won out though, because the quality is so high. The case is rich and leathery, the metal is solid and smooth. the functionality is great across the board. Tweezer well engineered and pinchers meet perfectly, scissors work well, clippers, like butter. More quality than I need, but feels rich to have such a nice set. Read more
