I've only used the wand four times in two days but I am already impressed with the result I've gotten. I've seen a difference in my under eye area in regard to not looking dry as usual after applying concealer and translucent powder. I apply my eye serum without rubbing it in and use the wand on the first heat setting over an eye serum and eye cream. This opens the pores for better absorption. I wait a little bit and then use the cold setting, which closes the pores, locking everything in. I also noticed my foundation looking much better after using the wand on the same heat setting for my serum and moisturizer on my face. I use the cold setting afterwards. I don't think the cold setting has helped de-puff my under eye area but I don't have large bags. I use the cold setting at night without applying product and since there's no slip, I lightly press the wand under my eyes in the inner corner, middle and outer area for 3-5 seconds each. The wand is very easy to use and is very durable. The cold setting uses a fan but it's quiet. Great functionality and easy to use. There are other ones out there that are much more expensive, so this is a great value for the price. Read more
