Derma Roller REAL Needles -192 Titanium 0 25mm Microneedling Roller for Face - Includes Storage Case

So my girlfriend and I had a girls night a couple weeks ago and we decided to get facials because we wanted to treat ourselves. That was lite my second facial ever in my 30+ years so it was nice. I don’t normally splurge on things like that. But the facial lady used one of these things and I loved it because it stimulated my skin and made it all prickly in a good way!y skin felt refreshed and awakened after and it just sucked up all the goodness in the serum she used on my face so then I decided I needed one because i wasn’t going to pay for facials once a week or even once a month so I ordered the one that looked like the one she used. I have only used this one once but I love it! It has good instructions on how to use and was comfortable to use. If you have never used one of these before you have to use very gentle pressure especially on thin skin like your forehead and neck. They are tiny little needle like spokes on the roller head and they stimulate your skin. It shouldn’t make you bleed but you may get a little red after use from stimulation. Love it! If you really want the collagen-stimulating results, the needles should be 0.5 mm. This one is not bad for minor skin issues, and 192 needles is the right number of needles (more needles means you have to push harder for the needles to penetrate your skin). I just wish the needles were slightly longer. Read more

I get professional PRP/microneedling done periodically, and this is nice to use in between. It doesn’t tear up the skin the way a skinpen does, but it does do what it’s supposed to do (which is create micro injuries that stimulate collagen production) and helps with fine lines and wrinkles. I ordered an 0.3mm roller. This is NOT 0.3mm. This is an 0.25 at best. Im practically bruising my face pushing down hard enough to even feel the needles! Super disappointed. Will not buy again. Do not recommend. Read more

I was super excited to try this roller, I have a .50 roller and wanted something with more puncture. I used it twice and saw noticeable results, but my skin was to sensitive so I had to go back to the .50, so if you have sensitive skin just be aware that it could irritate your skin. Read more
