The dual layer design is bulky and EVERYTIME I remove it (I switch cases frequently) it turns my volume on or off. Not an enormous deal, but annoying. But it does seem to offer decent protection. I was also hoping it'd be more of a clear, transparent color, but it's more like a frosted color. But the kickstand is sturdy (something I was concerned about at this price point) and holds my phone at legit ANY desired angle. The biggest drawback is the difficulty in using MagSafe charging. The kickstand design interferes with the alignment of the MagSafe charger, making it a hassle to connect, and I found myself constantly having to adjust my phone to get it to charge. Worse still, sometimes it wouldn't charge at all, forcing me to rely on a cable or remove the case entirely, both or which defeat the purpose of having a MagSafe-compatible case. Even when I manage to align the charger, the connection is often unstable with any slight movement disrupting the charging process For now, it works fine as a regular case with a kickstand, but it doesn't live up to the expectations of a fully functional MagSafe accessory. the material feels durable. However, the poor MagSafe connection undermines the whole experience. If you're specifically buying this case for MagSafe compatibility, you might want to look elsewhere.
