I found about this collagen through a medical clinic. The PA said it was exclusive to her office, so I paid the $55 for the container and gave it 1 month to try. The first thing I noticed within weeks was how much faster my nails started growing and stronger. I haven't noticed anything else as far as the claim that your hair will grow faster as well as get a beautiful glow to your face. But, I did look on Amazon and found it for $15 cheaper. Everything about it is exactly as the first I bought. So, I guess it's not as 'exclusive' to her office as she claimed. I will continue to buy it from Amazon. I just add a scoop full to my coffee in the mornings and it is flavorless and doesn't change the coffee at all. I feel this is a well worth brand and will continue to buy. Read more

I’ve taken this along with calcium and seen really dramatic improvements in the quality of my nails. Usually they are very brittle and split. One of those had solved this problem. The downside of this product is it really just clumps up in the liquid. You have to fish it out with a utensil. I pour a really small amount of water in , about 5-6 oz and rinse it out a few times which is a pain, but I use it to take my other supplements to it’s not too much of a hassle. The taste is not great at all, nothing like their whole body collagen which I actually enjoy drinking with some iced herbal raspberry tea! The amount of collagen per serving is pretty small— only 5 grams. If you’re looking for a decent collagen supplement definitely don’t stop with this, but the benefits I’ve seen make it worth it to some degree. I tried this, had great results and then switched to other collagen products because this is a bit pricier than the others. Ultimately ended up coming back to this one because it's just so much better than the rest. Skin, joints, hair and nails all significantly improved. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is more expensive than other collagen supplements. Read more
