I live in Florida so during the Summertime I prefer wearing lightweight shorts with fabric breathability as an absolute must. I like the fact that these shorts feature the moisture wicking effect just like their matching muscle tank tops they also sell here on Amazon. I definitely stay drier wearing these shorts and they're basically sold true to size to fit. Just like their muscle shirts, the 100% polyester gym shorts are made with a mesh design on the outside but the shorts uniquely offer an added layer of the polyester lining to keep the moisture away from your skin as well as penetrating to the outside of the shorts. (SEE PIC) Their considerably drier around the the waist then most other gym shorts I own. I love this design. These shorts can be used for everyday use not just for going to the gym. I'm 5' 5" and I purchased the large size shorts. The length of the shorts falls just below the knee. Measuring from the waist to the end of the knee calf it's about 20 inches long. The pockets with these shorts are really huge. It's true. Any items put in your pocket do flop around but overall they're still secure in place. The washing instructions are clearly written on the inside label. Don't tumble dry. (SEE PIC) However, I have used the dryer set on low and they came out just fine. If you're looking for well made shorts with the moisture wicking effect these shorts are an excellent choice. I'd say go ahead and make the purchase. You won't be disappointed. Read more
