These are nice warm thermal underwear. The weight is nice, they fit well under jeans without bulges or bumps. The best part is that they add a nice warm layer for cold days. I've worn them while walking my dog in 15 degree weather and they keep my legs warm. I like that they are fitted and don't sag. I'm 5'3", 140 pounds and Medium fit perfectly. I looked my first order so much that I bought another 2 pair. Read more

I live and recreate for long hours outdoors in Duluth, Minnesota. I have liked Devops' tops as low-cost baselayers for a little while, but I hadn't gotten leggings yet. They work really well as a thin baselayer under tighter pants and add just a little bit of warmth. One of the best things about them is that they are smooth on the outside and fleecy on the inside. This means that work pants and other pants slide right over them, and they don't bunch up and get awkward under your slacks or your hiking pants. They have a low profile so they make it easy to layer in many different kinds of conditions. They are suitable for putting under your office slacks to add extra warmth, because they are thin and warm, but not too warm. To stay comfortable in outdoor excursions: I layer them under unlined hiking pants in 30 - 40 (f) degree weather. I layer them under fleece lined hiking pants 30 - 20ish. They also work well to add warmth on long bike rides in the 30 - 40 range, under a pair of fancy wind-blocking bike leggings. For anything under 20, or if the conditions are damp, I choose a merino layer instead. However, they also work well as the bottom layer in ultra cold conditions (10 and below.) In subzero conditions--we're talking Farenheit here-- these make a good first layer to put under a merino or other form of fleece midlayer. Then you'd put lined hiking pants or snowpants over that. Bottom line, I recommend these as probably the most versatile kind of base layer / long underwear that I have, and for the price they are incredibly useful. Both the tops and the bottoms. They don't move around much at the waist, and if I ever have that issue, I can just tuck my shirt in. I don't find them cheaply made, but even if I did, they've done their job and continue to do so. Don't get sparks on them tho. They WILL melt. Keep this stuff away from fire, kthxbai. Read more

I was very pleasantly surprised with these bottoms. They were super soft, thin enough to be able to layer on top of them, and they were warm! I'm getting rid of all my other under layers because these are by FAR the best under layer I've ever had. Read more

I love these but they run small. I should have ordered two sizes up. I returned the smalls for a medium, but they are still too small. But I'm going to keep them because I'm tired of returning things LOL plus these are silky, light, warm and extremely comfortable. Read more

These are perfect for what I wanted them for..... to sleep in. They are just tight enough that they stay down around my ankles, and they are "slick" enough that I don't get wound up in the bedding. I heeded the reviews and ordered a size larger than my normal size and they are JUST RIGHT! I also love the wide waistband which is very comfortable. I received them yesterday, wore a pair to bed last night, and I am here ordering more this morning. So glad I decided to "try them" Read more

It makes my legs more cold actually I think itβs reverse. a leg cooler, not thermal leggings/long Johns. I probably will never order long Johns off Amazon again, I will have to find them in an in person store. Update: I guess they arenβt so bad! They fit fit nice and are comfy, it may not feel the warmest but at least I have another layer of something to protect from the cold Read more

Love these! I must say they look good on my 65 year old body. You can wear around house or to bed. I sometimes wear an oversized shirt with them and go to store etc. Slendering. Id go up a size if you don't want a tight fit. Read more
