The media could not be loaded. I bought this heated jacket as a Christmas present for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. It'll be a lifesaver for her job as a school crossing guard during a Minnesota winter. Standing outside for hours in sub zero temperatures, wind, and snow can be brutal, and she often comes home chilled to the bone. She really needed a reliable heated jacket to stay warm and comfortable while keeping kids safe during those long, frigid shifts. The original one I ordered was the wrong size (it seems to run a bit big, or I just misjudged her petite frame). Thankfully, she didn't rip open the box, damage or lose anything, so I was able to return it easily. Major props to this seller; The refund processed almost immediately, even before the jacket shipped back, and I reordered the correct size on December 27th. It arrived super fast, got it today, just two days later! Now that she has the right fit, she says it warms up quickly and evenly, with plenty of heat to combat the cold. She tested it outside today (it was 4 degrees when she shoveled her driveway earlier), and she's blown away by how impressively lightweight it is for how warm it keeps her, so she won't feel weighed down during her shifts. The battery lasted the entire length of a 2 1/2 hours shoveling session on high setting, and still had a charge. The style is really nice too: she said it has a modern and flattering without looking bulky and it runs long, which she likes because it provides extra coverage over her hips and keeps the wind out. It fits her perfectly as a petite woman, and she loves how it looks and the overall functionality. Note: She said that she plans on wearing this underneath her other winter jacket on the really cold and windy days, but this jacket fits easily under her other jacket and she said it traps the heat in between this jacket and her other winter jacket. It's a good value when you consider the quality, durability, and performance you're not going to get from those other cheaper quality brands. Update: Dewbu reached out to me, I did not even have to contact them....they emailed me and offered to replace the battery at no cost in an attempt to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I verified my info and less than a week later a brand new battery landed in my mailbox. It doesn't last long but it charges to full capacity in just a few hours. I still love the jacket but now I get to love it more often since I no longer have to wait an entire day and then some to wear it.....and this is a year to have a nice heated jacket because it's been so freakin cold! I like the thumbholes although I can only use them if I'm not wearing another jacket over this one. I put my down coat on top of this heated jacket and while I may not be able to put my arms down, I sure am nice and toasty warm. Sleeves could be a bit longer in proportion to the body. The hood is the perfect size, not so small it trashes my hair-do and not so big it covers my face. It's not scratchy, the zipper is sturdy and easy to use after it gets broke in, kinda stiff and hard to separate at first. Pockets are in a weird spot but are a decent size and zippered. Not quite sure what the tiny pocket on the sleeve is for? A very obvious stash pocket maybe... I unplug the battery when I take it off to make the battery last longer. I LOVE IT!! I bought one for my friend for Christmas...kind of an expensive gift but he works outside and it's freakin cold!! Excellent customer service!! There are things I really like about this jacket but some that I don’t love, but others may not mind. Pros - Thick, stops the wind, very warm. Cons - Stiff, pocket placement to high, weighty I have only worn this a handful of times, to football games. I was really happy to have it and it did a great job in keeping me warm. But for me, it’s a bit heavy if I had to be up and moving around. I also feel a bit restricted in my arm movement. Not due to fit, I think it’s just the fleece is so thick and a little stiff. But like I said, other people may find that as a positive (good quality, thick fleece). I would love to have something like this in a lightweight, longer puffer jacket. Read more

I love this jacket! It’s a little heavier than I thought it would be. Also, I wasn’t expecting the 2 Velcro patches. They seem to be what people always ask me about. Since I have only had it for a short while I can’t comment on the battery life. Quality and Functionality are perfect! It fits a little bulkier and heavier due to the heavy battery it uses. I love that the arms are heated too! That was my selling point! Recommend especially if you’re cold natured! I wear mine all day when working inside because I’m always cold without it! Read more
