Good customer service
The item is good and we really like it. It’s a shame that the product had a power issue after almost one year of use. But, their customer service is very excellent and replied to us within an hour on a weekend! They offered to send a replacement and we are waiting to receive it. Not hemispheric friendly
If you are hemispheric from stroke,TBI, or accident, it is difficult to put on with 1 hand. There is a lot of wire, and needs to be plugged in. Wish the on/off controls were mounted on the device. It lasted about 6 months,then half of it,right side stopped working. Read more
