A family member had two shoulder reversal procedures several years ago. One of them went well and the other has been troublesome. A lack of mobility, reduced range, and pain have been constant companions since the surgery. Attempts to do simple things, such as washing hair, were extremely painful. After only a few sessions of 20 minutes each, significant improvement was noted related to arthritic knees. This person was having great trouble in walking. After the first two treatments, the family member reported significantly lower pain and walking was almost normal. Treatment has begun on the other knee with some success being realized. My 3 and 5 yr olds have growing pains behind their knees and occasionally their elbows. This red light has drastically reduced the need for Tylenol/Ibuprofen! When they go to bed or sometimes during the day if the pain is flaring up, I put the band over one layer of a blanket so it's not too hot on their skin. Then before I go to bed and they're already fast asleep, I disconnect it and store it so it's not a hazard. I also use it on myself when my trap muscles are particularly sore/tense and it gives me relief. **Note** that the frequency of the red light really matters and can change what layer of your body it can penetrate. I had bought a different red light that had a 20nm difference and it didn't do anything for my trap muscles so if this frequency doesn't work for you or if you've tried others that haven't worked, make a note of the frequencies and do some reading on it to see if a different one would be better for where you need it Read more

I really liked this heating pad. It warmed up fast and because of the stone, it stayed warm long after it turned off. It relaxed the muscles in my back and helped ease the pain. The stones made it uncomfortable if you are laying back on it, and it stopped heating after 3 years. I would expect an expensive product like this to last at least 5. Read more

I rarely give 5 stars and although this device by this company was recommended to me I still did a ton of research at all the options available. In the end I went with this unit because it was dependable and well made. The fabric is soft and flexible and I like that there is no plastic covering the lights for it works better when on your skin. I discovered light therapy through a friend (which also has this same unit) that was recommended this very product from a well-known excellent chiropractor. I’ve had mine for almost 4 months and it is still working great! Both my unit and my friends have been used heartily, traveled…taken a lot of wear and tear – still holding up great. I had surgery (hip replacement) and have used this light therapy device everyday at least twice a day and it has definitely added a lot to my recovery process. My scar looks amazing (Chiropractor says it will disappear soon with out long term scarring) and I attribute it to this light and a special product called Renu28. Read more

I bought a couple of these for myself and family members. They reduce pain and inflammation. Instead of using pain medicine I use this especially at night when I am trying to sleep. Recently the one I got was defective. Several lights were not working properly. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new belt which arrived 2 days later. I loved this belt until it stopped working. The only way to contact the company was via email, which was not always answered. They finally sent me a new cord, to see if that would fix it, which it didn’t. So after much back and forth, they sent me a new belt. I was so happy to finally be able to use it again. Now, about 8 months later, the new one isn’t working. This time it’s definitely a loose connection where it plugs into the belt. If I keep wiggling the connector, I can eventually get the lights to come on, but if I let go, they go off. This product is very poorly made, as my friend who originally recommended it to me and had bought several for family members, had the same experience with almost all of them. Don’t waste your money!.
