As an RN, I only buy Dickies scrubs. They last for years (I have pairs that are 10 years old). They are the highest quality scrubs you can buy. In 2015 I laid down my Harley Davidson and they didn't rip...absolutely amazing scrubs. Fit quality is spot on, buttons and zippers last and do not break. The elastic in the waist band lasts and does not stretch. When you get them wet, they dry out super fast. Make sure and get the ones with all the pockets. Dickies has been my go to brand for years for my pocket t-shirts and other comfort items. These pants are a 55% cotton, 45% polyester blend, making them lightweight and comfortable. The description calls them pull-on with an elastic waist. They do have an elastic waist and, but it isn't overly stretchy. They also have a button and zipper fly, with a drawstring on the inside. The overall quality is great, as I expect from Dickies. I wear these using a stretch belt, since these include belt-loops. I find that the inseam is a little long, and that they are pretty much an accurate size according to the sizing guide These are among the less expensive brands. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and quality pant, that could be suitable to wear out. I'll be buying more colors. Read more

Wow. Finally got the scrubs that I needed! Seriously! First off, I am just a hair under six feet. I weigh 200 pounds. I decided to go with large, (for comfort, the scrubs come with a tie/stretch waist. But, right out of the box, they fit like they were made for me! It's usually a crap shoot with this kind of sizing. But, I lucked up here. But not only do they fit/feel great it was the quality AND all the accessories pockets too that made me give out the five stars.. The scrubs feel thick and durable, but not too hot. It has a deep velcro opening wallet pocket on the back of the right side. It has a three compartment instrument pocket on both thighs! Cell phone, pen, scissors. Just right. That's three different sections in one pocket so all your stuff stays vertical and secure..The logo looks nice, and here's the biggie: It has belt loops! I tried the Cherokee bottoms, not enough pockets, nor where they in the right place, and no belt loops. I tried Wink, but they too did not have all the features I needed. But EVERYTHING is on these Dickies. And the Wink was so thick they were stifling. Anyway, I am very happy. I wear 36 (or 38) waist, x32 length... I got large and they fit just right. So, I would say that whichever size you order, just go by your comfortable pants or sweats in size. They should work. Read more

great scrub pants. they def run big though. i had ordered mediums but they are a wee bit baggier than i like. This isnt the 90s anymore. I ordered smalls and they fit much better. 5'9 165 fit build. The button and fly is great, don't even need to tie these now. I ve seen some complain about the velcro pockets, I think they're great and theres only . good for money or your wallet. Read more

They feel really nice, the fabric is good and has a nice feel to it, but they are SO LONG it's ridiculous. I had to cuff them several times just so I'd stop stepping on them, so they're not functional as is. They just have a kind of weird fit to them in general, very much like you're wearing a bag. They're comfortable if I can hem them but that is literally all I can say about them that's good. Read more
