I was watching this keyboard for a number of weeks, reading the reviews while waiting for the price tracker to notify me. There are very few keyboards that match the features I was looking for, and even fewer for this price. I needed optical browns, doubleshot PBT, and RGB. The compact size is great, the optical brown switches sound and feel like normal brown switches. The baseplate is plastic, but not really noticeable. The PBT keys feel great, RGB had many options, though I did not use the software. USB-C is great to see, and the cable felt high quality. The PBT keycaps do have some dark spots, but from what I've read, this is a common occurrence even with high end keyboards like I had have now. And yes, that means I had to return it. Why? It was the size. I had not realized just how much I use the F, Page Up/Down, and arrow keys. I could not get used to the modifier keys. The only issue I had was with the Windows button, which was not a Windows logo, would not work from time to time. A quick keyboard reboot fixed it for a week or so. Read more

This is the perfect first keyboard for literally anything. From gaming to coding to just overall typing, this keyboard absolutely decimates the competition. PROS: HOTSWAPPABLE! (But comes at a price, read first con) Gateron Optical* Switches! In my opinion, better switches than Cherry MX. Real bass-y sound compared to the more treble sound from cherry's Amazing Build quality. Absolutely no wobble on this thing. Almost PERFECT rgb. Not really an rgb professional, but it looks stellar even in the day! My personal favorite: AMAZING PACKAGING! The packaging makes this keyboard look like you're buying a 100$ Anne Pro or something. Comes with everything you will ever need for basic maintenance: Keycap Puller Switch Puller Extra Switches CONS: It may be hotswappable, but these are Gateron OPTICAL switches. This means you MUST buy gateron optical switches, for I don't think any other company makes optical switches besides Gateron. So though its hotswappable, it's not as versatile as normal hotswap pcb's Lubing job was not good on the stabilizers. Spacebar is loud as sin, but the keys are decent. Definitely would recommend lubing your stabs with some silicone grease. PCB Housing plate is very easily scratchable. If you haven't noticed, it's insanely difficult to try to write a cons list for this keyboard. DEFINITELY. BUY THIS. Read more

Overall fairly nice keyboard, construction is pretty good for the price, it's a surprisingly heavy keyboard (in a good way). The switches feel good as well. Only complaint with the switches is that the spacebar is a bit too heavy for the switch and tends to easily bottom out and make a slightly rougher sound (but it's really not that bad). The software is very customizable but definitely has a learning curve. However, here's where the keyboard falls. The keyboard has a mic that is used for an rgb mode. This might be a bit of a security problem. I'm really not sure if the mic is connected to the keyboard anf nowhere else but it does make you feel a little uneasy. Here's the biggest problem with the keyboard. It doesn't let your computer go to sleep. If the keyboard is plugged in and you put the pc to sleep it will power the PC back on. I have tried many different ways to attempt to fix this problem and have looked through many forums and there doesn't seem to be a solution. Your only solution is to unplug the USB c cable from the keyboard. Read more

TL;DR: lots (and lots) of good things. Some bad things. The bad things are nothing surprising for this price point, and nothing big enough to steer you away. Get this keeb! Pros: -materials seem high quality. -hot-swappable switches make for easy lubing (which makes a HUGE difference in sound and feel) -customer service is fast and helpful. I couldn't get the software to work with my keyboard, and they sent me a firmware update for the keyboard that worked flawlessly (they replied within 5 hours too). -steel plate adds heft that feels like quality. -felt inside the case behind the pcb for sound absorption included. -the stabilizers for the longer keys are lubed (though I recommend clipping, band-aid-ing, and using far more lube than comes stock). cons: -Software does almost nothing. You can't really rebind keys to do what you want them to, and all of the lighting effects AND colors on the software are already attainable from just cycling through via the fn+\ keys. -There is no "true RGB" because you cannot pick colors from a gradient or color wheel or anything. there are 8 colors only, though they are good, vibrant options. -The usb has an elbow right where it connects to the keyboard. Seems like nobody would prefer this to a straight connection. -The included stabilizers don't clip into the plate very snugly, causing unwanted wiggle and clack :( However this can be easily fixed with some thin foam tape or lots of layers of band-aids or whatever you wish to stick to the pcb below the stabilizers to fill space. -just a gripe about this 60% form factor: the delete key is hiding behind a function layer, and that can't be changed in the poor software, as mentioned before. Overall: for a budget keyboard, I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the number of features and the attention to detail on this product. The only thing that reminds me how little I paid, is how bad the companion software is. Read more

I came to the conclusion I needed a smaller keyboard since my standard keyboard took up almost all of the available space, I especially needed the space for freedom of movement in gaming. This keyboard is weighted, the keys feel amazing, and given what you get for your buck, this is a fantastic deal. Read more
