The smallest size is not small enough. While they definitely don’t intend for you to Mae modifications, I couldn’t get the small setting into my nose, and I have a large nose. I just bent the part that goes across the bridge, still tweaking that a bit, but I’ve been sitting at my desk working with it in, to get a feel for it. I took it out to focus on other things and I literally feel like I’m suffocating, I can’t believe the difference in the amount of air!! Oh my goodness, I may need to look into surgery after seeing what I’m missing out on. Like other people just take in this much air all the time??!! Anyway, good luck with fitting the device, the guy in the video looked like he had a pretty normal nose but when I put this in my nostrils pull out so far and the pressure is intense. I’m not opposed to modifying it by pinching the metal here and there. This is amazing. Read more

I’m really impressed with these reusable nasal strips. My husband and I both tried it. They’re comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and actually helped me breathe better at night. I noticed less congestion and improved airflow right away, which helped with snoring and made sleep more restful. I also love that they’re reusable and don’t use sticky pads. Seller feedback note: I was contacted by the seller regarding my feedback below and appreciated their understanding that the item didn't work for me. The interactions were very considerate. I was hoping this would work well based on the reviews, bit it's not the right option for me. Hoping the next option is better. This device was actually painful to use for more than a couple of minutes. It is not universal in the sizing since it's very rigid metal. It didn't fit well; none of the sizes worked with my nose bridge (too small for the device) and the side arms were too wide to hold on to my nostrils, even using the smallest options. It pops off with the least facial movements. I'm guessing it works well for larger nose sizes. Read more

This product is incredible. Does exactly what i dreamed of. way better than Mute, and way better than the sticky ones where you put the tape on the outside of your nose. i would give this 6 stars if i could, but it only gets 5/5 because im using the smallest size and it is still slightly big. it does a great job but a slightly smaller one would be perfect Read more

These reusable nasal dilators are a game changer for nighttime breathing and snoring support. They’re comfortable, easy to adjust, and work just as well than traditional sticky nose strips without irritating my skin. I noticed improved airflow right away and woke up feeling more rested. Read more

The smallest sizes of nose bridge and arm pieces were much too large. Nothing fit “snug” - the bridge piece did not touch my nose, and the arm/nostril inserts were way too large. If I could manage them to stay, all they did was expand my nostrils to an uncomfortable and comical position. Otherwise, the product simply fell out after having spent plenty of time digging in my nose in an effort to make them hold place. Read more
