I hope this review encourages others looking at this product to try it and STICK WITH IT. In recent months I had experienced recurring digestive tract issues (gas, bloating, discomfort, etc) so much so that it was like somebody unleashed a chemistry set in my gut. After much reading, I'd come to the conclusion that it was enzymes that my pancreas were not producing as much as when I was younger, and so I set out to look at the right supplement to boost that deficit, hoping to improve my lifestyle day to day. This brand and product came HIGHLY recommended, so I thought this would be a good place to start. My wife (who had her gall bladder removed some years ago) and I are both taking this product (we started the same day) and are very pleased with the results. No bad taste or aftertaste, no apparent side-effects, only positives. I have not had another gastro-intestinal episode as described in my opening comments, since taking this product whatsoever. So I believe taking this supplement is an Epic WIN. As an aside, there have been some users that have reported getting diarrhea "it gave me diarrhea" from taking this very product, but I have good news- it appears that is part of the turnaround cycle for improving your digestive tract and replenishing/restoring the needed enzymes- maybe even purging some nastiness OUT of your digestive tract. I had that diarrhea (light episode, I must say) for about two days, then everything balanced out and that phase was over... and that was within the first 5-7 days of taking it. It didn't last long, and was very manageable. There is no stomach upset, or any other perceived unpleasantness or side-effects. And neither my wife or myself have experienced that again. If you are tired of being miserable after you eat, even when you don't gorge yourself after eating certain "trigger foods", you've got to try this product. Stick with it for 3 weeks before making a decision whether it's working for you or not. For us, we're already going to order another 45-day supply for us both. It's THAT beneficial and effective, in our findings. Perhaps it will be for you as well. Will make an update when we are into our second bottle. These things take time to turn around, But so far, the results we are experiencing speak for themselves. Read more

Let me start by giving some background of why I started digestive enzymes. Around the time I turned 38-39 I noticed my ability to properly digest foods changed a bit. I was feeling lethargic, bloated and gassy especially after I ate my pre workout meal. This was inhibiting the quality of my workouts and I wasn’t getting the “pump” I used to get while working out. I tried probiotics, beano enzymes and they didn’t really do much. I came across this brand after a year or two of dealing with my gut issues. I waited 7 days to write this to see how the process would go so I can describe how my initial experience unfolded. *disclaimer* it can take time to adjust to digestive enzymes, as initial symptoms like gas or bloating can occur as the body adapts. For some, benefits like reduced bloating appear within hours or a few days, while for others, it may take a few weeks for significant improvement. So I would recommend seeing this out for 7-10 days before you write any review for this product. Day 1 and 2- felt great, normal bowel movements and minimal bloating/gas Day 3-4 *peak adjustment period IMO* feeling the digestive enzymes working and my gut adjusting to them (increase gas and bloating, this is a normal reaction to the enzymes doing their job) bowel movement at night had more volume Day 5-6, bloating and gas weren’t nearly as intense. Felt a warm crampy feeling in my stomach. Felt lighter and tighter. Abs started to reveal themselves for the first time in a while because the inflammation started subsiding. Bowel movement still more volume and softer but not diarrhea. Day 7- feeling much better. Don’t feel full or bloated after bowel movements or eating. Feel hungrier and more efficient digesting foods. Still a little residual gas from the enzymes breaking down food but feeling like more improvement will happen down the line. Hope this helps! I feel like a lot of people don’t take the time to get through the adjustment period and give up. Also, if you still have bloating, check to see if foods you are eating contain xantham gum or guar gum as this are thickening agents that can cause bloating and gas and are not natural so enzymes can’t break them down. I recently discovered these in my protein and greens mix and eliminating them has also given me relief from gas and bloating. Good luck! *edit* Been about 2 weeks and made a little adjustment. I started taking 1/2 serving (1 tablet) with breakfast and 1 tablet with meal two and noticed less gas and bloating at night. Extends the enzyme a bit more. Read more

This enzyme appears to work for me. However, it makes me extremely tired, so I had to stop taking it. I understand that this can be a side effect of taking digestive enzymes. Read more
