I absolutely love my Digital Picture Frame!! I love how our family can upload pictures too!! We have family that live out of state and I just love when I come home and I see the little indicator telling me I have new pictures. We have our Digital Picture Frame in the livingroom so everyone can enjoy all the pictures. Easy to setup too, easy to share the code with family and or friends. Customer service is FABULOUS I had an issue with my orginal Frame and they sent me a replacement at no charge since they couldn't firgure out what the issue was. I gave this as a family gift to my wife and son for 20th wedding anniversary. It is the best gift I've ever given, though it took a lot of effort to "prepare". We had digital pictures scattered on Google accounts, stashed away on computers, etc. I took about a day to go through all the pictures and pick out about 150 that captured significant memories in our lives. I uploaded them to the frame from USB drive. The frame setup is easy, and I appreciate that the time and weather are also displayed. Screen size is big and the pictures are vivid. We found ourselves watching the frame for hours and talking about the memories as the pictures played. We still watch it from time to time weeks later. I will add new/recent pictures soon. There are a couple things that have been not ideal with the frame; it could be that I just haven't figured out how to do it right: 1. The picture dates are all the day that I copied them to the USB/frame. So, chronological order cycle doesn't work as expected and neither does order by name, to get the pictures to cycle in true chronological order. As it turns out, we were OK with the semi-random order as we didn't know what picture was coming next. However, it would be nice to see the actual date each picture was taken. 2. There are 2 fitment options - the option you pick seems to apply for ALL the pictures. Since we took some pictures in landscape mode and some in portrait mode, there was no good solution for all the pictures. Read more

I am thrilled with this digital frame! The image quality is great (and you can adjust the brightness), and it is very easy to add pictures to it directly from our phones--you can even add a caption to each picture if you'd like. Two more features that stand out to me are that when we are watching the slideshow, if there's a picture we want to go back and see, we can do that by touching the screen, and if we see a picture that is not displaying well because of its direction (vertical pic on horizontal frame or vice versa), you can select that one and choose for it to be displayed completely (with "dead space" around it). You can even select the appearance of that space (black, blurred or colored gradient). My older digital frame was "all or none" when it came to choosing to fill the screen or fit to screen, but with this one you can set a default and then change that for individual pictures. I also like that it's touchscreen and I don't have to locate a remote. This was well worth the money, and I highly recommend. Read more

This picture frame was so good and we ended up purchasing 2 of them. I did have a problem at first with many of my images not showing and the video is not playing. Come to find out the preferred format is JPEG and MP4. Once I converted my files everything plays without a problem. I especially like that you can put on sleep mode so it's only on during the day and the early part of the night. I paired it with a 32GB card that I can take out and update as needed. So far I have over 800 photos and haven't even gotten to half full. I recommend spay painting the power cord white, it makes it blend into the wall better. Read more
