Much better than expected, nice quality, and a smart design. I wanted to put a picture light in our stairwell where it was not feasible to hardwire it due to a large duct in the wall. First I tried a battery operated model that cost more but was not a good design: in order to replace the batteries, you had to remove the entire unit from the wall and take the back off. And according to reviews, it ate batteries. So I tried this one because it was rechargeable and you can easily take off just the light (held on by a magnet), recharge it, and stick it back on. I'm not yet sure how long it will last between recharges, but that seems a lot more convenient to me. The light itself is excellent, the dimmer works great and there are three "temperatures" for the light. No flicker, etc. Very pleased. Read more
This light is fabulous and I’m hooked on it. It made a pretty wall hanging look richer and more vibrant. I don’t know how I didn’t have this years ago. It has a remote control and allows you to adjust the brightness. It is the perfect size. The painting in my pictures is 3 feet wide for reference. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Very aesthetic! But i wasnt expecting the gold to be bright i was expecting more of a antique gold but the quality is great and it charges quick. You can adjust the lighting from warm to cool and it also has a timer which helps preserve the charge Read more

These are indeed the best ones to get I prefer using them with the battery indicator towards the back. This allows them to be brighter and truer to color as the LEDs face the artwork. They can be mounted high enough not to reflect off the glass of the artwork and also have recessed the lamps enough so you do not see the bulb even when mounted fairly high up. The remotes work great. Wish there was a 3 hour timer. Read more
