After having knee injuries over the years, I have learned to wrap my knee with athletic tape before going to the gym. This elastic tape is perfect. 100% cotton is comfortable and breathable while effectively supporting my knee and prevents more stressful movements from causing pain. This pack of tape works great. It gives excellent support and also some flexibility of movement. I like how heavy weight/thickness it is. The tape sticks well to itself but not so sticky to the skin that it hurts when taken off the skin. I will be using this a lot. Read more

I have yet to use this for an injury but tested it as a wrist binding for hitting the heavy bag and these are my impressions. Support: flexibility is great without compromising support or comfort. They exceeded what I was using this for and would work great in an ankle sprain situation. Perfect to toss into a sports bag or trauma kit. Adhesion: I am impressed actually. The bandaging was fairly mild on skin but adhered strongly to itself. Many times i'd use a prewrap for comfort and removal, but these were very easy on the skin. Not bad at all. Read more

This is an easy to use elastic tape that provides support to arms and legs that need to be wrapped. The nice thing about these is that you can use as little or as much as needed. The downside to the tape is that is not designed to be reused. It does not tear easily so you have to use scissors to cut the tape. Nice athletic tape, there are 4 tapes included in the box. The glue is not so strong but sticks very well to itself, also is not leaving any glue attached to your skin when you strip the tape off. If you are hairy with this tape you won't suffer every time your hair gets glued to it. The tape cannot be cut with teeth, you must use a knife or scissors and is not so stretchy, which is great so it wont over compress my knee. Read more

Absolutely perfect in every day. No latex, meaning for those with allergies it's no worry. Sticks very well to itself and you, meaning it won't come off. After sweating a bunch, it loosens a tad bit, but that's after a long time of exercise. Can be reusable if you don't get it soiled, for hygienic reason don't reuse heavily sweated on ones. Read more
