Better then KT
My physical trainer tapes my arm and foot. Her tape would hold for 2+ weeks. It was great. She has taught me how to tape them myself, so I used KT tape from the store thinking it would be the same as her tape. It feels like her tape but it never held as long of a time as her tape. I just figured that her tape was professional grade. Well, I saw these while scrolling Amazon and thought, "What the H*ll*. They are amazing!!! It feels, applies, and holds just like her tape. I don't have to keep retaping every week. Amazing. Plus the price and quantity are way better than KT tape. Read more

Great value for quantity if tape
I use a lot of KT type tape, and the quantity in this package is great value for the price. My only complaint is the circular dot of tape that is at the start of every roll. When I open a new roll and try to pull or cut this tape dot, it ends up messing up the first piece of kt tape. Other brands I’ve used have different type of tape to hold the start of the roll that is much easier to remove without damaging the kt tape. Otherwise, this is a great value for the quantity. Wore this tape on my knees for Zumba - made it through back to back classes without my usual knee pain. Now nothing is perfect, but this is so very helpful. Good if you have no allergies
This stuff is STICKY. My skin is very picky when it comes to adhesives, and with this product it was no different. Anytime I had it on my skin would turn red around it and get itchy. But when I had to take it off, it would tear a layer of skin off. Maybe strong stuff is what you're looking for, but this did not work for me. Read more
